UX Design for a Forestry App

Project Overview
Trimble Forestry Connected Forest is an integrated software that enables organizations to manage their entire forest supply chain from prospection, procurement, planning, exploitation, and delivery. I was tasked to carry out the UX research and prepare the wireframes for a mobile and web forestry app as part of Connected Forest.
Process
User Interviews, Affinity Diagrams, User Journey Map, User Personas, User Flows, High-Fidelity Mockups
For confidentiality purposes I cannot display examples of my work. However, below is a description of the work I have carried out.
User Research
In a first step I carried out the user research, including user interviews and workshops with the customer to create Affinity Diagrams, User Journey Maps and User Personas. The objective was to get a deep understanding of the existing situation, the scenarios, the needs and the pain-points.
User Flows
I created several user flows to capture the existing and future situations, data entry points, processes and integrations.
Iterative Mockups
Iterative wireframes were created based on the gathered requirements. Multiple feedback was gathered from the customer to continuously iterate the design screen by screen.
